[Vulpin Adventure]

A clean and respectable game with a broken system

First of all I really gotta complement you on how well polished this game is. The designs and music are charming and the world (though simplistic) fits its sleeve well. However the games biggest flaw rests in its most interesting content.

The battle system is an interesting take on The 4 Warriors of Light system, but the AP gain makes the game crazy easy. Dumping everything into defense makes the entire game a cake walk save for the final boss. If I could recommend something, make AP cost higher and/or nerf defense a little. Other than that it's an engaging hour waster. Keep at it.

Not a terible idea

The main problem I see with this game is that the characters fall into extremes. I can see the point that it's trying to come across, but the lack of true conflict in choices and the stereotypical, almost strawman characterization really hurt it.

Decent little game

I honestly feel this is a little underrated.
People seem to be bashing this for the controls, but it really only takes a little getting used to. I'll admit I didn't care for it at first, but the more I played, the more I was enjoying myself. The second run through turned out to be allot easier and entertaining than I suspected.

The combination of a quirky art style and charming music really lends itself to the experience. I do recommend other players turn off the squealing with the S button as it can become very annoying very quickly.

Overall the game is a good challenge. Not for everyone, just don't get frustrated if you don't get the controls right away.

A real challenge, may be too difficult to be fun

If you're looking for an incredible challenge, this game is for you. But for me, the risk vs reward ratio is far too small to keep at it for the time necessary to beat it. The game takes practice, allot of practice. His punch and saw attacks seem cheap with only a small window of opportunity to move away. This and the regenerating armor can make the game more frustrating than fun.

This game has style, there's no doubt about that. However, this may be the point where the game shines the most. Frustrating recovery time and enemy health recovery hamper this games entertainment value for many.

If you're looking for a challenge, and have allot of time to spare, this game is for you. If you're looking for a quick thrill, stay away.

[Hero's Arms]

Incredible

I'm completely surprised at how deep this game was. At first, I thought it would be a short and simple "go here and do this" type of adventure, but I was delighted to find that I had to discover and explore on my own. Coming across caves to explore, only wondering what prize awaited me at the end. Discovering weapons and potions to help you to become stronger instead of just buying them is one of my favorite game features.

The bosses felt like bosses, the arena was a fun challenge, Level design was...simple, bun not without its charm. Really this game is a great combination of what made the first Zeldas so memorable. The only thing I didn't care for was the money grinding for the best weapons. I'd much rather have gone through a set of super challenging dungeons to get them.

For a single flash game, this feels like a full adventure, that's something that cant be said for many. I look forward to the games you make in the future, and perhaps a sequel to this one.

I can see how this would be fun...

Too bad I don't have a web cam. I'll just Imagine what I would do if I had one...lol. Graphics, Violence(why even have this?), and Humor would vary, so I'll give them a 5. Didn't like the music though.

GREAT!

Fantastic! The sound, the pixels, The pure arcade feel. It all reminds me of a great NES game. Those whom think the graphics are bland must be blind!

The only thing off is that there are 900 seconds in 15 minutes not 1500. ;)

[Four Second Firestorm]

Kinda off...

Alot of the games where great, but half the time i was wondering what to do. A few games (like the repelling one with the fluff in the middle) where glitchy and you cauld win no matter what.

However, I still enjoyed the game and look forward to more.
